PORTLAND CONVERSATION IN CULTURE (2009-2015) (needs a reboot!)
There has long been a need to create an alternative to the 90s-looking art publication floating around Portland - you know the one - super glossy, looks official but woefully outdated. When I have visitors in town, I need something to hand them, essentially to replace my handwritten notes on where to eat, shop and look at art. In 2009, I partnered with designer Scott Ponik to co-create Portland Conversation in Culture - Portland’s to-do list / broadside / limited edition artist print.
We managed all partner content, printing and distribution for PCIC, while Ponik managed its radical design.
